3b construction’s Structural Steel Division has supplied and erected the structural steel for the new visitor centre at Kirroughtree for the Forestry Commission.

Our groundworks team have now completed the substructure up to ground floor slab level.

3b construction has recently supplied and erected a steel framed building to provide workshop facilities for CAM engineering company based in Castle Douglas. Our structural steel division offers a design and build service for all types of steel framed building.

3b construction has just handed over this highly specified new house on the Solway Coast.

All works were carried out by our own trades from the manufacture and erection of the steel frame to the internal finishes. A full landscaping package was also provided. 3b construction has completed handovers on a number of new properties in Dumfries and Galloway including a new house near Borgue, extension and refurbishment to an existing cottage near Borgue and a new house in Gatehouse of Fleet.

Work is progressing on this new vehicle service centre near Ayr. 3b construction has provided a full package for the steel framed building and cladding works are currently taking place.

Works have started on site to refurbish the Glentrool Visitor Centre for the Forestry Commission. Various works will be undertaken inside the building to renew and improve the layout for the visiting public.

3b construction has just handed over this luxury new house build. The house is situated on the Solway Coast and 3b construction carried out the complete build including a full landscaping package.

A number of significant projects across all of 3b construction divisions are currently underway or about to start in Ayrshire. These are being managed from our new office and depot outside Ayr.

Projects underway include a commercial project supplying and erecting a steel framed building for a new vehicle service delivery centre.

Other major contracts awarded include the rebuilding of a restaurant and our agricultural division has been awarded a number of contracts to supply and erect steel framed buildings and carry out associated works including construction of slurry storage and silage clamps.

3b construction ltd has recently been awarded the contract to rebuild Souter Johnnies Inn in Kirkoswald for Costley & Costley hotel group. The building was largely destroyed by fire early in 2012 but will be restored over the coming months.

3b construction has started work on a new visitor centre at Kirroughtree and the refurbishment of an existing visitor centre at Clatteringshaws for Robertson Construction.

This work is being carried out in Galloway Forest Park for the Forestry Commission.
